Cancellation Policy

Standard Reservations

For standard room reservations:

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before check-in: Full refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in: One night's stay charge
  • No-shows: Full stay charge

Package Reservations

For special package reservations:

  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before check-in: Full refund
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in: 50% of package value
  • No-shows: Full package charge

Group Bookings

For group bookings (5 rooms or more):

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in: Full refund
  • Cancellations made 7-13 days before check-in: 50% charge
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in: Full charge

Special Events and Peak Seasons

During special events and peak seasons:

  • Special cancellation policies may apply
  • These will be communicated at the time of booking
  • May require longer notice periods for cancellation

How to Cancel

To cancel your reservation:

  • Contact our reservations team directly
  • Have your confirmation number ready
  • Cancellations must be made in writing or through our official channels

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond our control:

  • Special considerations may be made
  • Each case will be reviewed individually
  • Documentation may be required
