Standard Reservations
For standard room reservations:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before check-in: Full refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in: One night's stay charge
- No-shows: Full stay charge
Package Reservations
For special package reservations:
- Cancellations made 72 hours or more before check-in: Full refund
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in: 50% of package value
- No-shows: Full package charge
Group Bookings
For group bookings (5 rooms or more):
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in: Full refund
- Cancellations made 7-13 days before check-in: 50% charge
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in: Full charge
Special Events and Peak Seasons
During special events and peak seasons:
- Special cancellation policies may apply
- These will be communicated at the time of booking
- May require longer notice periods for cancellation
How to Cancel
To cancel your reservation:
- Contact our reservations team directly
- Have your confirmation number ready
- Cancellations must be made in writing or through our official channels
Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond our control:
- Special considerations may be made
